The bed was comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The AC was good as well. There were plenty of towels, and the bathroom and rooms were clean.

NOTHING breakfast was pure crap. Shuttle to the cruise ship was late leaving, and late getting to the cruise ship terminal.

We’ve stayed at this property before, and have always felt comfortable here. The staff was attentive, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very nice. We particularly liked that the desk clerk was able to help us find a really nice ride to and from the cruise terminal.

Hotel staff and shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that we can leave our car here while we cruise. Have done this twice now and no problems.

Staff was friendly but could of provided better service when toilet flooded, instead of “ oh it happened again”, I checked out of room early. Has a service that provides transportation to cruise terminal. The service itself was good, friendly and for got us there and back. Vehicles themselves need fixing up, door sides panels broken and sitting on floor board.
